1991 

5EBI bought the property at 27 Oakley Street, at the back of 10 Byron Place.

After 4 months of hard work, the new premises provided a great resource to the organisation, including 3 offices and a meeting room. The backyard was paved and could be used as a car park or for outdoor functions.
